Congratulations to USC Coach Pete Carroll, staff and team on their huge 32-18 Rose Bowl win over the Michigan Wolverines, this past Monday, in the 93 rd Rose Bowl Game! The win caps the 5 th consecutive season that USC football has won at least 11 games plus the 5th year in a row that the Trojans have competed in a BCS game! Congratulations to the entire USC Athletic Dept. and to the USC Football program on another sensational season ! ''Fight On !''
The Trojan Club of San Diego would like to thank members Dan Orr, who did a superb job in spearheading our 5 fall 2006 Luncheons as well as our 5 guest speakers. The Trojan Club of SD also thanks Jerry Ringer and Dorothy Mc Rann, your hosts on the TCSD Game Day Bus again this season! Jerry offered his great Trojan spirit hosting the Rose Bowl Bus too and hats off too to Steve Holwell, our host at our Official meeting venue, The Bullpen,' in Encinitas, for the Rose Bowl game as well as the other 12 USC football games in 2006 ! Thanks to owner, Nate, at the Bullpen, Lauree, at the Red Lion Hanalei Hotel and to driver Greg and the Sun Diego Bus Co., for enormous help to the TCSD again this season!

We are still trying to finalize a date for Trojan Legend Tom Kelly, to speak in SD. The Jan. 24, date that we had hoped for has been postponed . Future details TBA. Our next TCSD Board meeting is Tues. Jan. 16, at 5 PM , downtown SD. All meetings and TCSD Events are OPEN TO ALL and we have NO local dues!
